Liverpool FC will face Hertha BSC Berlin at the Olympiastadion on Saturday the 29th in a friendly football game that will mark the 125th anniversaries of both clubs.

Liverpool FC will play Hertha Berlin in a pre-season friendly in the German capital this summer. The game against the Bundesliga outfit will take place on July 29 and is part of the 125th anniversary celebrations for both clubs.
The special game forms part of each club’s celebrations to mark their respective 125th anniversary years and is the first of three fixtures in Germany for Jürgen Klopp’s team this summer.
“It will be a great event for all of Hertha and a great test against an top international team,” commented head coach Pál Dárdai. The visitors from Anfield currently sit fourth in the Premier League table and require a win in the season finale to reach at least the Champions League qualifying stages.
