Silo Coffee is an interesting café located in Friedrichshain district, really close to Boxhagener Platz, the square known for its Sunday flea market.
Coffee lovers will be delighted at Silo Coffee
Following the most recent modern trends, Silo Coffee works with attention and dedication to serve top quality products, they are specialists in the preparation of breakfast, lunch and brunch. Many of the ingredients used for the dishes come from local producers and the served coffee is selected and roasted directly in their own roasting.
We went at Silo Coffee for Sunday lunch. The place was crowded and so we had to wait half hour before we have sat. The wait has been enjoyable nonetheless thanks to an attendant girl that has put us on the waiting list and gave us an (correct!) approximative time to wait. So we were able to spend the waiting time wandering through the flea market in the square near the café.
Our experience at Silo Coffee was positive, we found good product quality, tasty dishes, friendly staff and helpful service. As side note, creating fair and mutually beneficial relationships between coffee producers, farmers and customers is also a plus point for us.
